HR Projects and Operations
Recommend and develop a formal project plans for carrying out each assigned project using appropriate planning methods and experimental design and testing.
Develop and oversee key HR reports, analytics that drive awareness and help inform key decisions for HR.
Drive and oversee Well Being Programs for maximum impact across the Wills Group
Coordinate, maintain and enhance human resource systems in conjunction with the user areas and information systems to increase overall ROI and system adoption
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality. Train new system users.
Develop processes and guideline for HR document management that improve efficiency and organization for the HR team.
Develop and maintain Wellness Program
Develop key reports and process for managing healthcare, savings and compensation programs
Analyze and report key benchmarks and reports impacting total rewards
Three to five years of project management, HR Technology, HR or business experience.
One to two years of project management experience.
Understanding of program design and implementation experience
Proficiency in reporting and analysing numerical data
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
